We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our return instructions.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at service@rosamolly.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care or beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items
Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting your request.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:
Return your original item (if eligible).
Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
